At 20SB, a social network for twenty-something bloggers, there’s something called Blog Carnival every month. The topic for December of course is holiday stuff.
You can choose any of the following three topics:
- A wishlist of things you want that are free
- A wishlist of 5 items, one for each sense (that’s an item for sight, one for smell, etc)
- A wishlist of things you would sneak under the tree for yourself, age 13
I have decided to do all three of course.
First up! My wishlist of things I want that are free:

Oh, wait, that’s right. Nothing is free. Certainly not the best things in life.
On to the next one! A wishlist of five things for each of the senses:
- Sight: Ewan McGregor
- Sound: Ewan McGregor
- Touch: Ewan McGregor
- Smell: Ewan McGregor
- Taste: Ewan McGregor
That one was easy.
And finally, a wishlist for my 13 year old self:
- A note telling myself that in 13 years I still won’t know but that it’s alright.

I suggested the blog carnivals to 20sb! I hosted the original one. I’m so glad they’ve caught on.
And I think Ewan is totally acceptable for all five senses!
